Cancellation Policy:

“Our payment policy requires a 10% deposit to be paid upfront, with the remaining balance to be paid on the last day of the trip departure.”
All cancellation requests must be made online or via email to info@cartaxirides.com.
In the event of cancellation by Cartaxirides due to unavoidable circumstances, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.”

Payment policy

“Customers are required to make the final payment to the taxi driver or operator upon completion of the trip. The final payment amount will include the total cost plus service tax, minus the advance amount (if any). Only cash payments will be accepted for the final amount; no card payments or cheques will be accepted.

If the final amount is less than the advance booking deposit, we will refund the excess amount back to the customer after confirming with the driver or operator.

In the event of a breakdown or accident of the vehicle, we will arrange for an alternative vehicle. If we are unable to arrange for a replacement, and the booking is cancelled, we will refund the advance payment.

If the driver does not show up for a scheduled departure, we will arrange for a replacement driver as soon as possible. If we are unable to arrange for a replacement, a full refund of the advance payment will be provided.”

 

Booking Policy

“To obtain online confirmed bookings, a minimum 10% advance payment is required.

he advance amount will be calculated based on the estimated total cost and will be adjusted when the final payment is made at the end of the trip.

In certain cases, customers may be allowed to generate an online request without paying an advance. In such cases, we will contact the customer to confirm the booking.

We allocate a car at least 12 hours before the trip for every confirmed booking. Once the allotment is done, we send an email and/or SMS confirmation to the customer with the car and driver details.”

Modification policy:

You are allowed to modify (prepone or postpone) the start and/or end date for a booking without any fee.
However, any modification will be subject to the availability of the vehicle. Please communicate any modification requests to us as soon as possible.”
